Shari Jones is a Flint, Michigan native. She attended and graduated from Beecher community schools. She is a mother of two sons: Kamron Jones and Kyle Brand.

Shari Jones has vast experience in many industries: nursing, leadership, and interior design. Driven by the motivation to care for people, she takes pride in giving her very best. Shari Jones's passion for nursing can be traced back to her young adult life, where she spent significant time supporting the communities through nonprofits, school districts, and hospital committees.

 

As the Chief Operator Officer (COO) for Priceless Dreams, her duties include supervising daily operations of the organization, developing and implementing strategies, procedures, and business plans needed to enhance organizational growth, and working with employees and volunteers to set company performance goals. In addition to her primary job functions, Shari has been recognized by her peers for her extraordinary commitment to helping individuals. 
 
Shari Jones's passion for nursing can be traced back to young adult life, where she spent significant time working on high school and college committees. As a nurse she specializes in critical care, and
psychiatric.
 
Shari Jones has worked in the health care industry for 34 years, gaining experience in leadership, identifying talent, and supporting nonprofits. As a seasoned leader and nurse, she is passionate about promoting organization growth by implementing strategic plans. In addition to being a leader, she is also involved in nonprofits. Outside of the office, Shari enjoys interior designing, traveling, and mentoring.

A pioneer in the field of nursing, Shari Jones is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Priceless Dreams. She started her career as a nurse at Hurly Medical Center and has been there for 30+ years. Driven by a mission to help others, Shari is best known for inspiring those she
care for and have a “you can do it” supporting attitude.

Her commitment to adapt to the way business is being conducted (virtual) is changing the way Priceless Dreams handle youth programs and our services. As the COO at Priceless Dreams, she specializes in marketing strategies and youth leadership development.
